White Cheddar Bacon and Mushroom Quiche

By: Amber Grangroth

Breakfast, brunch, dinner or lunch, this White Cheddar Bacon and Mushroom Quiche is a delicious meal in one any time of day! Its loaded with lots of tender mushrooms, crisp bacon and creamy white cheddar cheese and baked in a delicious flaky pie crust.

You can buy a crust or make your own. I like to make my own pie crust but you do what you prefer! Line your pie plate with the crust and roll or crimp or do what you fancy with the edges. Then saute onions, mushrooms and bacon until the onions and mushrooms are tender and lightly golden and the bacon is crisp.

Pour all that deliciousness into the bottom of your pie crust lined pie plate. Layer with the shredded white cheddar cheese and top with the beaten up eggs.

Pop it in the oven and wait as patiently as you possibly can for the quiche to bake. I promise, it’s well worth the wait!

Bake until golden and set in the center. Enjoy!
