Healthy Yogurt Fruit Dip (with nut butter)
By: Amber Grangroth
We love fruit! And with a large family, we go through a LOT of fruit! Sometimes, when the kids come home ravenous, only fruit just doesn’t cut it! This healthy yogurt fruit dip is delicious with all kinds of fruit. It adds some protein to keep them satiated until supper and is only lightly sweetened with maple syrup.
I like to use plain whole milk greek yogurt, no added sugar, and it makes a super creamy fruit dip! If you use vanilla yogurt, then you may want to omit the maple syrup or only add a tablespoon and then taste and see if you want it sweeter.
You can use any type of nut butter you like. I prefer almond butter, but peanutbutter is also delicious!
With no processed sugar, this healthy and protein filled fruit dip is something you can feel good about eating and making for your family.
