Chocolate Bundt Cake With Chocolate Ganache

This is the BEST Chocolate cake! It is moist and rich and is so easy to make! It contains no eggs, and only a little butter to grease the pan. There is no frosting, just a simple chocolate ganache on top!
When there is a birthday in my family i make whatever kind of cake they want! Chocolate Bundt Cake is often requested by my boys for their birthdays and I don’t mind. It is so good with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Chocolate Bundt Cake with Chocolate Ganache Recipe

Pan: 1 T melted butter and 1 T cocoa powder
Cake:
3 c flour
2 c sugar
2 t baking soda
2 t salt
2/3 c cocoa powder
1 c oil
2 c water
2 t vanilla
2 T apple cider vinegar

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Melt 1 T butter, mix in 1 T cocoa powder. Pour into bunt pan. Place a plastic sandwhich bag over your hand and spread all around the pan.
3. In a stand mixer add all the dry ingredients, mix to combine.
4. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Scrape down the sides as needed.
5. Pour into greased bundt pan and tap the pan down on the counter to release air bubbles.
6. Bake for 40-45 min until a fork comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Flip onto a wire rack and let cool completely. Place onto cake stand or platter and top with chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Ganache:
1/2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
2 T butter
2 T corn syrup
1 T hot water
Add chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well, if not melted completely microwave in 10 second increments. Add 1 T hot water and mix until smooth. Spoon over cake.
Enjoy with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream!
