Preheat oven to 350°F
Melt 1 T butter, mix in 1 T cocoa powder. Pour into bunt pan. Place a plastic sandwich bag over your hand and spread all around the pan.
In a stand mixer add all the dry ingredients, mix to combine.
Add wet ingredients and mix well. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Pour into greased bundt pan and tap the pan down on the counter to release air bubbles.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until a fork comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Flip onto a wire rack and let cool completely. Place onto cake stand or platter and top with Chocolate Ganache.
