Easy Stove Popped Kettle Corn Recipe
By: Amber Grangroth

Salty, sweet and so delicious! Stove popped kettle corn uses just a few basic ingredients to make the perfect snack!
Use a large pot that is wide enough on the bottom to have a single layer of popcorn kernels. I like to use my 8 quart stainless pot.
Heat oil in the bottom of the pot for a few minutes. I like using coconut oil. It pairs well with the sweetness of the kettle corn, but any oil will do.
Add the popcorn kernels and sugar and stir with a rubber spatula.
Then, place the lid on and wait for the magic to happen! But stay close, because when the popping begins, it’s time to shake it! Then, return to the heat for a bit to continue heating the kernels and repeat until the popping is about done.
Turn off the heat and stir, then dump into a large bowl and salt to taste. Then mix well and scoop up a big bowl! Enjoy!
