Easy Stove Popped Kettle Corn Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, add oil and heat for a few minutes on medium low heat.
  • Add sugar and popcorn kernels and stir.
  • Place the lid on and wait for the popping!
  • Once the popping starts, give the pot a few shakes, then place the pot back on the burner to continue heating. And repeat until the popping slows to 1-2 seconds between pops.
  • Remove the lid and stir.
  • Pour out the kettle corn into a large bowl, mix well and salt to taste.
  • Enjoy!
