Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • In a large bowl or mixer, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mix well
  • Add flour, baking soda, salt, mix to combine.
  • Add chocolate chips or add in's of choice!
  • Roll into 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls and place 2 - 3 inches apart on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool for 2-4 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
