Honey Graham Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • Sprinkle with 3 Tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Cut in cold, cubed butter.
  • In a separate bowl, combine honey, milk, and vanilla. Add to the flour mixture until dough comes together.
  • Divide in half and wrap in plastic. Chill until firm for 2 hours in the fridge or 20 minutes in the freezer.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut as desired. Transfer to greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes and allow to cool for
  • 10 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack and cool completely.
  • Store in air tight container.
