No Knead Bread (Four Ingredients)

Servings 1 loaf

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all purpose flour or bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add flour, yeast and salt. Mix to combine.
  • Pour warm water over the top of the dry ingredients and mix to form a shaggy dough
  • Place Plastic wrap over the top of the bowl and let sit on the counter for 12-18 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 450℉ with a dutch oven inside.
  • Generously flour your hands and sprinkle over the dough that is in the bowl. Also flour a piece of parchment paper.
  • Carefully form a round loaf as you take the dough out of the bowl and place it on the parchment paper. Lift it into the preheated dutch oven and place lid on.
  • Bake at 450℉ for 30 minutes covered. Remove the cover and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove loaf to a cooling rack and cool completely before slicing.
