In a large bowl add flour, yeast and salt. Mix to combine.
Pour warm water over the top of the dry ingredients and mix to form a shaggy dough
Place Plastic wrap over the top of the bowl and let sit on the counter for 12-18 hours.
Preheat oven to 450℉ with a dutch oven inside.
Generously flour your hands and sprinkle over the dough that is in the bowl. Also flour a piece of parchment paper.
Carefully form a round loaf as you take the dough out of the bowl and place it on the parchment paper. Lift it into the preheated dutch oven and place lid on.
Bake at 450℉ for 30 minutes covered. Remove the cover and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove loaf to a cooling rack and cool completely before slicing.
