Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs in The Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 6 - 18 eggs
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions
 

  • Place the rack in the bottom of the instant pot.
  • Place in your eggs, stacking as you go. Avoid letting eggs touch the pot.
  • Pour in one cup of warm water
  • Place lid on instant pot and turn valve to sealing.
  • Press the pressure cook button and set the time for 4 minutes. If you'd like a softer middle do 3 minutes. Turn off the 'keep warm' button.
  • While the eggs are cooking, fill a large bowl with ice and water. Make sure to leave space to add your eggs without overflowing it. Don't skimp on the ice. You want your water COLD!
  • Quick release the seal immediately after it's done cooking. Gently place the eggs in the ice water, completely submerged to cool quickly. Some eggs may have cracked, that's okay! They're still delicious! If I need perfect eggs, I just cook a few extra to ensure I have enough.
  • Once cooled, crack, peel, and enjoy!
  • Store in the fridge.
