  • 1 1/4 c active bubbly starter mixed down before measuring
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1/4 c oil
  • 2 t Himalayan pink salt
  • 5 1/2 - 6 c bread flour or unbleached all purpose flour
