Add the flour and salt to a bowl or food processor and mix.
Cut in butter with either a pastry cutter or two knives by cris crossing them or use the dough blade on the food processor to pulse the butter in until there are small pea size or smaller pieces of butter in the flour mixture.
Gently add the cold water either by mixing with a fork or pulsing in, just until dough comes together. I like to make ice water and measure the cold water from there.
Form a round of dough with floured hands and place on a floured surface.
Gently roll out to form and use as needed!
